The third annual May Day 5k will be Saturday, May 1st. Registration forms are being sent home today. Extra forms are in the office. As always, you can register for this event at www.sportspectrumusa.com. This annual event encourages students, staff, and the surrounding community to be physically fit and live a healthier life style. The fun run will start promptly at 8:15 (short loop around  the school walking/running trail). The 5K run/walk will begin at 8:30.  The run goes through the Carriage Oaks and Stockwell Place Neighborhoods. The proceeds raised from this race are utilized to purchase enhanced technology for Stockwell Place classrooms. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 females and top 3 males. One medal is awarded to all kids 12 and under who cross the finish line. Each participant will receive a May Day 5K t-shirt. Early registration ends April 24th!!!

We are currently seeking community partners to assist in raising funds for the 3rd annual May Day 5K and fun run to be conducted on SATURDAY, MAY 1, 2010  at 8:00am. Funds raised from this event will be used to purchase technology for the students and teachers at Stockwell Place Elementary School.
